Aleksandr Vykhovanets and Celeste Bailey will compete in the Under 21 category in Latin and Standard and represent Canada. Alex and Celeste have both accomplished some great results in the past. Alex was 1st at the 2012 International Championships in Under 16 Ballroom and Celeste was a finalist of Junior Blackpool festival in Latin category. Alex and Celeste will compete for the first time this month, at the Toronto Open Dancesport Championships held in Toronto, Canada.
